Are the boxes kosher?
The market crates collect products from several stalls and shops in the Hatikva and Levinsky markets. All products are kosher without exception.
Is it possible to request a specific delivery date?
You can specify a desired delivery date in the order comments, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Friday deliveries are made only in the Central and Sharon regions / via express courier at an additional cost and by telephone arrangement.
Do deliveries reach every location in the country?
Deliveries in the central region of the Sharon area are made 3–4 times a week. Remote areas are served 1–2 times a week, depending on orders.
How can I order a vegan/gluten-free box?
When ordering, you can indicate a request for a vegan/gluten-free box in the special comments section.
Can the contents of the box be changed?
The contents of the box vary depending on freshness and availability. In special cases, minor changes can be requested in the comments, but we cannot guarantee this.
How do you maintain sterility during the packaging process?
In accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines, products arrive sterile from suppliers and are packaged by us in a sterile environment wearing gloves and masks.
I would like to order a box for tomorrow. Is that possible?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee next-day delivery. If necessary, you can coordinate with us by phone.
