In the market boxes, products are collected from several stalls and shops in Hatikva market and Levinsky market. The products are all kosher without exception.

Deliveries in the central area from Sharon leave with a frequency of 3-4 times a week. Distant areas depart with a frequency of 1-2 per week, depending on orders.

Box ingredients vary depending on freshness and availability. In special cases, small changes to the comments can be requested, but we cannot commit to this.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health - the products arrive in sterile form from the suppliers and are packaged by us in a sterile space with gloves and masks. The employees all undergo a thermometer check every day in accordance with the guidelines.

For all the vegans, vegetarians and gluten-sensitive people we took care and found excellent substitutes on each and every tour. Not every station will be able to eat everything, but no stomach will be allowed to walk home empty.

All our tours are Kosher Style, meaning you eat only kosher dishes - no seafood, no pork and no meat with milk. They also don't go back to dairy after eating meat. However, those who are interested in a tour where all the stations hold kosher certificates are invited to go on a tour of the Hatikva Market / Machane Yehuda Market / Carmel Market in its training version.

20 participants is the maximum number per group, if there are more employees we will arrange for an additional guide and the groups will go out in a staggered manner

In case of rain, the tour can be postponed to another date free of charge with 48 hours' notice, or the tour can be moved to the indoor market of Tikva, which can be toured even on flood days.
