What's the plan?

Skewers, delis, bakeries, roasteries and all the best places in the most authentic and Iraqi market in Israel, arranged in a full self-guided food tour where only you decide where, when, how much, and with whom.

How does it work?
The tour is conducted via a smart chatbot on WhatsApp, where you will meet Giraffa’s special guide who will do everything for you – guide, explain, navigate, recommend, and most importantly, pay!
From the moment of purchase, you will have 6 months to go on the tour at any time you choose.

In one word: yes!
.In more words: at each station you can choose between 2 or more options where at least one of the options will be kosher with a certificate, the rest are kosher without a certificate

Gluten free / vegan?
.Every station (almost) has at least one gluten-free/vegan option. At the beginning of the tour you can mark your food preference and follow the markings

Q&A-

Is food included in the price? The tour cost includes everything! (Yes yes, including the food)
Will the tour go through one phone? Yes. One couple’s tour (1 couple ticket) goes through one device.
What if we don’t manage with the chatbot? No problem at all 🙂 You’ll be accompanied throughout the entire tour by human customer service with speed you haven’t experienced before
What if we don’t like sharing a dish? Don’t worry! On the tour you’ll receive details in advance about each business, what you get to eat there, and whether they serve one dish to share or 2 individual portions.
How long is the tour? The tour length depends on you – the fastest will manage to finish within an hour and a half.
We started the tour and had to leave in the middle, what do we do? Feel free to take your time: from the moment you start, you’ll have 72 hours to complete all the stations.
6 months have passed since purchase, is it lost? Not at all. Extending the tour validity for 3 more months costs only 35 NIS.
Is the tour filling? The tour ranges from filling to bursting. Don’t plan a restaurant after!
We want to go out as 3 people, can we buy a single ticket? Unfortunately that’s not possible. In the case of 3 participants we recommend buying 2 couple tickets and eating more or simply taking it home! Blessed be the takeaway.
What should we bring anyway? Headphones + a personal water bottle and you’re all set.
Where to park? Hatikva Parking Lot – 76 Hagana Road.
Want to go out with 4 couples or more together? No problem, we just ask that you coordinate with us beforehand on WhatsApp so we can update the vendors in advance.
