What people say about us
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the tour include alcohol?
Throughout the tour, chilled and refreshing white wine from the Tulip Winery will be served.
Sensitive to sensitive people?
For all vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-sensitive individuals, we have taken care to find excellent substitutes on every tour. Not every stop will offer everything, but no stomach will go home empty.
Is the tour kosher?
All of our tours are Kosher Style — meaning we only eat kosher dishes (no seafood, no pork, and no meat with milk). We also do not return to dairy after eating meat. Those interested in a tour where all stops are Kosher certified are welcome to join a tour of the Hatikva Market, Mahane Yehuda Market, or Carmel Market in its Kosher version.
I have important guests from abroad. Can you give them a tour in English?
Sure! Don't tell anyone, but in English our tour sounds much better.
How many participants are there in the group?
The maximum number of participants per group is 20. If there are more employees, we will arrange for an additional guide and the groups will depart in stages.
What happens if it rains?
In case of rain, the tour can be postponed to another date at no extra cost with 48 hours' notice, or moved to the covered Hatikva Market, which can be visited even during heavy rain.
What is the most recommended tour?
We recommend checking them all out and deciding for yourself 😊
