"The Company" or "Service Operator" – Giraffe Urban Experiences Ltd., Company No. 516096815.

"Order Form" – A document in the form attached to these regulations and marked as Appendix A. All delivery orders from the company shall be made by filling out an order form signed by the customer. Filling out an order form constitutes an order for service from the company.

"The Service" – Delivery of market boxes / tours / workshops.

"prospective customer" – An individual aged 18 or older and/or a corporation that wishes to receive the service from the company and has completed and sent the online order form to the company/company email address. [email protected] Or call 051-2233293 and have a valid credit card.

"customer" – A potential customer who has received written confirmation from the company that it has received their order form and will provide them with the service. Submitting the order form constitutes confirmation that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Instructions and guidelines regarding placing an order and the company's liability

The service provider is not obligated to contract with a potential customer who has filled out an order form, and may refuse to provide the service for any reason. If the service is canceled and no payment is collected, the customer shall have no claim or demand.

Filling out the order form constitutes a declaration that the credit card is valid, that its use is authorized by the cardholder, and that the person placing the order is 18 years of age or older or a legally incorporated entity.

There may be changes in the availability of products/services due to external circumstances (including government directives). In the event that a service/product cannot be provided, the company will refund the payment (minus any expenses incurred).

Contents of a box from the market – if a specific product is unavailable, the company may replace it at its discretion.

The contents of the boxes may vary depending on the season and availability of raw materials.

The company provides courier services only and is not responsible for the quality of the products and/or the effects of their consumption.

Information Security and Privacy Policy

The company is not responsible for damage resulting from the transmission of confidential/personal information. Details will only be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of providing the service or as required by law.

Services and Pricing Policy

  • Delivery time to destinations between Hadera and Gedera: up to 5 business days; North/South – may take longer.
  • The delivery will arrive up to half an hour before the start of Shabbat.
  • Cancellation of transaction: within one hour of payment.
  • Cancellation fee: 5% or 100 NIS per unit (whichever is lower) + clearing fees if charged.
  • Delay in promised delivery – can be canceled without cancellation fees; refund within 8 business days through the credit card company.
  • Returns/Exchanges: Non-perishable products, within 5 days, unused and in original packaging, with prior written notice.
  • The method of delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the distribution companies (including delivery to distribution points). Delivery to a distribution point is considered delivery.
  • The company is not responsible for delays beyond its control (strikes, malfunctions, natural disasters, etc.).
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price; self-collection – no shipping costs.
  • Prices on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated; rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment; Cancellation of Transactions and Returns

Private customers: Prices include VAT; payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Business customers and companies: Prices do not include VAT; payment by credit card/bank transfer/Bit.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. The company is not responsible for the quality of the products (delivery service only).

How to cancel a transaction

Transaction Cancellation Terms and Conditions – General

  • Goods: Up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or receipt of the document pursuant to Section 14c(b) (whichever is later).
  • Service: Up to 14 days from the date of the transaction/receipt of the document; for a non-ongoing transaction – at least 2 business days before the date of service provision.

Transactions that cannot be canceled

  • Goods lost
  • Accommodation/travel/vacation/entertainment services that are canceled within 7 days that are not rest days prior to the service date
  • Information as defined in the Computers Act
  • Goods manufactured specifically for the user
  • Goods that can be recorded/copied/duplicated and whose packaging has been opened

Cancellation dates and conditions – persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants

You may cancel a transaction up to 4 months from the relevant date, if there was contact that included a conversation with a representative (including electronically), subject to the presentation of documents in accordance with the law.

Results of canceling a transaction

Cancellation due to defect/non-conformity

  • Refund the full amount within 14 days and cancel the charge; if goods have been received, they shall be made available to the company at the place of delivery.

Cancellation not due to defect

  • Return within 14 days and cancellation fee; cancellation fee of up to 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
  • Return the goods to the company at the place of purchase, in their original packaging and unused.
  • In an ongoing transaction that began with the provision of the service – payment of a relative consideration for the service provided.
  • If the company performed installation at the user's home, it may charge up to NIS 100 for installation expenses.

  • The company is not responsible for loss/injury/damage to body or property.
  • Responsibility for food and tastings lies with the host businesses.
  • Tour language: Hebrew, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Special dietary requests (kosher/vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free) – please coordinate up to 3 days in advance.
  • Medical dietary adjustments (celiac disease/allergies/diabetes, etc.) – the participant's sole responsibility.
  • Accessibility – Please coordinate in advance to prepare for the route (wheelchair, stroller, etc.).
  • Reservations are only confirmed after payment of the deposit specified in the order form (according to the number of groups).
  • Update on number of participants: up to 48 hours before the tour and with written confirmation; billing according to the final number provided.
  • Tour postponement: Free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, for a period of up to 3 months; after that, postponement is not possible.
  • Tour cancellation:
    • Up to 7 business days in advance – no charge/full refund.
    • Within 2–7 business days – cancellation fee of 25%.
    • Within 24–48 hours – cancellation fee of 50%.
    • Less than 24 hours/on the day of the tour – full charge.

Confidentiality and privacy

Providing details is not mandatory; failure to provide them may prevent the completion of a transaction. Details will only be transferred to third parties for the purpose of providing the service or as required by law. No responsibility

The company is not a party to any agreements between the customer and the sellers of the goods; it is not responsible for the quality/availability/accuracy of the details/suitability of the products/prices/repairs/wear and tear, etc. The images are for illustration purposes only. The company may discontinue the service at any time.

Use of the service is subject to these terms and conditions and constitutes agreement to them. The company may change the terms and conditions from time to time; changes will take effect upon publication. The laws of the State of Israel apply; exclusive jurisdiction – Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Terms of Use – Giraffa Experience (Independent Food Tour)

General

The "Giraffa Experience" tour is operated by the company, takes place in various markets, and includes food, drinks, content, and online support (WhatsApp/web) via chatbot.

The terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase and form the legal basis for all matters between the user and the company. The text is written in masculine form but refers to all genders.

Purchasing the tour

  • Allows the couple to sample a variety of foods/drinks.
  • Includes various stations; at most of them, you can choose between two businesses.
  • Benefits can only be redeemed at the businesses listed in the bot.
  • All amounts include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Conducting the tour

  • Hours of operation: Mon–Fri 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | Sat 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (subject to change depending on business activity).
  • Validity: 6 months from the date of purchase; can be extended by 3 months for a fee (once, before expiration).
  • Operation depends on technological systems; in the event of a malfunction that prevents continued operation, the company will extend/compensate/credit as appropriate and at its discretion.
  • Benefits are only available through the bot and when the purchaser is physically present at the business and within 15 minutes of receiving verification.
  • There may be changes in meal types/stores; it is the user's responsibility to pay attention to updates at the time of purchase.
  • Vegan/gluten-free options are available at most stations; it is the user's responsibility to check ingredients with the business. The choice to eat is the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Kosher: There is no option to choose non-kosher meals; at each station, at least one option will be provided from a business with a valid kosher certificate. Most other businesses are kosher without a certificate.
  • Business unavailability: You may select a similar business at the same station; in exceptional cases, an alternative selection will be permitted in accordance with dietary restrictions and with the approval of customer service.
  • Duration of the tour: From the moment it begins – 72 hours to redeem all benefits; cannot be extended. Failure to redeem all benefits does not entitle you to a refund/credit.
  • "Shopping Time" stations – discounts at selected stores (not part of the tastings); business owners may cancel/change.

Customer service

Cancellation and refund

  • Cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Cancellations can be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the tour has not yet been taken.

  • No refund will be given for non-use/expiration/partial use.

Maintaining confidentiality

  • Maintaining privacy; using information only as authorized or required by law.
  • Purchase constitutes consent to the mailing list; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Jurisdiction

Israeli law shall apply; exclusive jurisdiction – the courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
